Prepare For Your Trip

A typical day starts by meeting at the Marriott Beachside Hotel Marina located at the Marriott Beachside Hotel dock on the morning of the charter.

The meet times can vary based on the season, weather and tides to ensure that our anglers are on the water for the best part of the fishing day.

Offshore trips are 8-10hrs depending on the mission.

Full day Inshore trips consist of 8 hours on the water and provide our guides the best opportunities to cover the array of fishing we have here in the Florida Keys within 15 miles of Key West.

We also half day and ¾ day trips that are 4 and 6 hours on the water, perfect for fitting in a few hours if your schedule is tight.

Key West Angling has all the tackle covered.

Water and ice for your food/drinks will be provided but lunch, snacks and other drinks are yours to bring. Shore lunch can be arranged if desired via our Chef friend or one of the many waterfront dining establishments in the Keys.

We practice catch and release so if you plan on keeping your catch please notify your Captain before leaving the dock so fish ice can be added.

What To Bring:

• Come dressed in modern fishing clothes suited for the conditions of the day of your trip. It is hot in Key West, but it can also be cold in the winter.

• Rain happens! Bring rain gear if you have it.

• Polarized sunglasses (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Hat and/or facemask

• Bring sunscreen lotion only (no spray sunscreen allowed on vessel or sprayed prior to boarding per insurance).

• Waterproof bag to keep your keys, phone, etc.

• Lunch/snack and your preferred beverages
