Booking Policy

Upon booking, and to secure your time with Key West Angling, a 50% deposit is required for the time booked. Typically you will be electronic invoiced to protect your CC and personal info. If paying by check, please make out to Captain Travis Holeman and mail to: 115 Shore Drive, Sugarloaf Key, FL 33042.

Deposits are non refundable. We will apply to another date/s within same year if changes made 45 days prior to the booked time. Cancellations made due to inclement weather are the Captain’s discretion only! It blows and rains in the Keys and the weather man is usually wrong about rain. Your safety is our priority.

No shows are still responsible for the time booked and full payment.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the charter are responsible for the full rate.

Cancellations due to the “Key West flu” or “too much the night before” are not our responsibility and you are still responsible for full payment of charter booked.

If any delay or discrepancy should arise the day of your charter please call the guide you are fishing with and give them a heads up! Or call Travis at (305) 906-0301.

Hurricanes are a reality and we will address them appropriately when necessary.

A note on the WEATHER report: Key West is not near a metro area so we look at the radar the day of and dodge the storms. If its raining we go as long as there is no lightning, or we will wait till the storm passes and then go. It rains here and blows most everyday so no need to get worked up over the WEATHER app… ITS USUALLY WRONG!
